Gary and Jesse are a father/son farrier team serving Long Island, New York full time. Gary attended the Midsouth Academy of Horseshoeing in Hernando, Mississipi and in 1977. Jesse graduated in 1998 from the College of Vetinary Medicine- Farrier Program at Cornell University.
Both Gary and Jesse had hospital services backgrounds and became full time farriers in 1989 and 2009, respectively. Over the years of research, observation, clinics, practical application of theories, setbacks and accomplishments, they have perfected an easier application aiding in superb results in hoof replacement and restoration with the aid of acrylic enhancements with composite fabric. Their restorative practices have been applied to horses across the disciplines.
They have given demonstrations in Wellington, FL, Richmond, VA, and at the International Hoof Care Summit, American Farrier's Association convention and the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University's annual farrier conference hosted by then instructor Micheal Wildenstein.
