Good for the Farrier and Vet.

Up to date on her shots.
I must part with her. Unfortunately, I can no longer ride. Because of this she will need a refresher.
Barefoot. No bite/kick/buck/rear nonsense. Easy to work around.
Loads on and off the trailer easily.
She is alone in the barn now and would love the companionship of other horses.
